I even downloaded the app to place my orders in advance and received my 1st free drink reward today. Regardless who makes the drink it always taste the same and that's important to me!! Staff is always friendly and atmosphere is chill."

"My experience at this location was better than my last visit to another location. The girl and guy at the counter were friendly and helpful. The table I sat at was clean, and the store was well organized and tidy. The coffee ( latte ) was good, but not amazing. There are other options in Downtown Brooklyn that serve better lattes."

"Do I trust the food? Not necessarily. Is the ambiance MY vibe? Not particularly. But the service here is consistently ASTOUNDING. Every barista I've interacted with has been extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. (I don't remember this being the case a year or two ago, so they've definitely made some great new hires.) The cold brew is consistently strong; my order always comes out FAST; the space is always clean. I respect, and appreciate, that consistency."
