What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"We loved this corner cafe! Brie and fig jam sandwich is delish. All the pastries we tasted were flaky and well-balanced in term of sweetness. The 2$ always fresh baguettes saved a lot of our breakfasts. Such a beautiful space, from the stained glass windows to the Thonet chairs. Atmosphere was quiet and cozy, yet still lively. The neighborhood is also a pleasure to walk around (along some tasty pastry and freshly brewed coffee). Bonus points for the cleanest restroom we encountered on our trip to NY. There are a couple of Bicyclette bakeries around NY, but this one was definitely our favorite."
"Good hot drinks and lost of choice for bakery. I hot chocolate and almond croissant this morning. So good. Staff were friendly and nice service."
"Stoked to have La Bicyclette share a space with th French wine bar/bistro on our corner during daytime hours, TUE-SUN, 8AM-4PM This shared space business model is already successful at their other location near Fort Greene Park. Half the overhead cost for each business and a double service benefit for the neighborhood. Their baguette is one of New York‘s best, and sold at a very reasonable $2 price point. They offer many more styles of bread, ready-made baguette sandwiches, and french pastries. Everything is top quality and the space has plenty of seating in a freshly remodeled interior with modern bistro vibes."
"La Bicyclette Bakery at 39 Clifton Pl serves out of the wine bar Entre Nous between 08 am—01 pm. Fantastic sourdough baguettes for $ 2 only (!!) and delicious croissants. What an enriching addition to our neighborhood! Thank you !!"
"Amazing French bakery operating out of a local wine bar tucked in a nook of Clinton Hill! Highly recommend you stop for a pastry (or three). I only wish there were more vegetarian savory options."
"It was a lovely afternoon! Love hanging out the outside sheet. however the server was not so attentive and we were waited some times. Kinda feel over..."
