from Google"The Colombian empanadas have filling that's pretty authentic but the outside isn't authentic Colombian empanadas at all. You can tell just by looking at it. No aji sauce or lines with the Colombian empanadas. The pupusas are decent. But the curdito is pretty sparse even when you order three and not very flavorful. The filling is not very generous per pupusa. The masa is decent. I also ordered the basic carne asada tacos. The tortillas are above average for NY but the meat had little flavor. The sauces that come with the tacos are barely spicy. On top of that the prices are somewhat high for what you're getting. So in my sampling of Colombian, Salvadorian, and Mexican dishes I found al of them lacking. The food did come out fast. Friendly service. I asked it to go and it was packaged well but they didn't give me any napkins or cutlery. Interior has two stools and that's it for seating, so order the food to go."
"This place is absolute perfection and my favorite Mexican/Central American spot in the City. I moved to New York from the Southwest and this spot is the only place I've been that sparks the same joy as Mexican food back home. I've gotten just about everything on the menu and you can't go wrong, but anything with the grilled chicken is amazing and the rice and beans are fantastic. Absolutely recommend this place, it's so good I have friends who dream about it."
"Nice little hole in the wall. Reasonably priced and a good amount of food. Chipotle Steak bowl."
"I read the reviews but the empanadas did not deliver as described. Greasy, hard, not fresh. I’m not sure why they would serve me this empanada with a piece missing and burn chicken inside."
"Stopped in today - I am not sure if it is on the menu but they were very nice and made me a breakfast burrito - it was excellent (so hard to find a good one or any breakfast burrito in the area) and the hot sauce that came with it was also amazing - I will be coming back to try more items."
