"Such an enchanting space. The decor of the restaurant is definitely paying homage to the libraries of the Western World of yesteryear. Very tall makeshift book shelves with mock books in beautiful earth tones. There is a beautiful fireplace and a feeling of holistic warmth engulfs you upon entry. The food was absolutely incredible and our waitress Miriami was an absolute delight, catering to our every need in the most beautiful way. I give them a 10/10 and I definitely recommend!"

"The food, drinks, and atmosphere are amazing. The lasagna-type dish is out of this world. The squid was excellent. The drinks were delicious. The outdoor seating had a ton of shade and the garden is beautiful. The service was soooooo slow. I would give it another shot to see if the service improves because it was so good. There were two servers. One was working her butt off and the other was folding silverware so read into that what you will. I think they have the opportunity to be sublime but they need to have a hard working team to make it happen."

"We just got married at Milk & Roses on Friday and let me just tell you… it was a DREAM!!! Not only is the venue stunning itself, our guests loved the warm and inviting atmosphere. The back garden made it super romantic, and versility of rooms made it fun for our guests. The food was exquisite, and the stuff was divine!! Working with Susanne made it so easy to plan for. We highly recommend anyone thinking of doing something unique and different than a typical venue, have your wedding there! You’ll never regret it and have the most romantic Brooklyn fairytale!"

"From the moment we stepped into Milk & Roses, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. The space is absolutely gorgeous, especially the garden, and the team is clearly a well-oiled machine when it comes to events. Susanne was wonderful to work with—super communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. Everything ran so smoothly, from coordination with our vendors to setting up a rain backup plan (which we thankfully didn’t need!). Our guests raved about the food, and the staff on the day of were kind, attentive, and totally on it. We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else."
