What People Are Saying
from Google"I've been anxious to try their biscoff latte for the longest time now. Let's just say it pissed me off. It tasted like milk only. No form of biscoff flavoring. I figured I'll doctor it up when I got to work. Opened the top and it looks like oil is in it and, all the biscoff was at the bottom. Even after stirring it taste horrible. For Starbucks prices and smaller cups they need to do better. That was a complete waste of almost 7 dollars. The costumer service was great and the place had a nice cozy setting."
"Poor rating is mostly due to the matcha latte. It was not mixed properly and had a lot of small granules. Other than that, Espresso was good. Nice plants and art."
"I ordered a matcha and got grey milk. For over 6 dollars, I’d expect at least some matcha powder. I was planning on sitting inside for a while but the tables are short for the chair height (table is the same height as your knees). Just feels dingy inside with their faux fur for cushions. I expected better from the other reviews. Won’t be going back."
"I cant really say that the place would have had an atmosphere. It was a place to get a coffee. That is it. The staff did not greet you when you walk in, there was no smile, no chit chat. There was a couple of chairs to sit on in the back, but the spot was not inviting at all. I asked if there was a restroom, and I got single word answer" No". The latte was given to me without lid nor stirrer. Once I picked it up and held it in my hand, she said:" There are lids" and she pointed to the corner behind her back."
"Five stars for the coffee, one star for upcharging a dollar for oat milk. I haven't seen it that high anywhere else, and with Stumptown, Gregory's, Starbucks, and even Dunkin not charging at all, why would I go? And why the premium to begin with? How low-end is the cow's milk they're using if it's THAT much cheaper than the Oatly?"
