"my favorite coffee shop near my home is the other location on Nostrand. so, I thought I'd enjoy this spot. I told the guy when I returned today that the coffee wasn't good the last time I came and got an iced mocha. I always get an iced mocha. this time I got it with oat milk to eliminate any variations and it tasted more like a chocolate milk. the other locations' mocha has a rich and bold coffee flavor, what you imagine smelling first thing in the morning and getting a boost of energy. I can barely taste the coffee in this. I could see that the guy paid attention to making it, but something is not right. he asked on my way out and I described it to him, because I still had a half full cup, but he's never offered to remake it or try it with an extra shot. I've gotten it with decaf and regular and it has no oomph in the flavor. So, I've wasted my money here again."
