"Pretty solid bagel but the staff was kinda rude. They opened 10 minutes after the opening time (which is fine but they didn’t give a shit or even apologize). They also only had like 4 different types of bagels ready. Also coffee is self serve which I didn’t realize but they guy didn’t even bother to say anything while watching me stand there waiting for the coffee lol. I’m happy the bagel was good but if there was more bagel shops on Vanderbilt open that early (or supposed to be) I’d probably go to those instead."
"From the time I ordered, it took them 50 minutes to make a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The food is good, but I will never be ordering pick up again. Was told my food would be ready at 11:23 am. Waited in the rain until 11:50 am. Note to management: don’t accept door dash orders if you know you are going to be slammed."
