"First time here and honestly shocked by the service. My wife and I were excited because the pastry and empanada selection looked great. We ordered an americano, a drip coffee with regular milk, and a beef empanada. We noticed the “americano” was actually poured from the drip coffee (my wife is a native Spanish speaker and overheard the staff acknowledging it was drip). We didn’t want to make a scene, so we let it go. Then our empanada order was incorrect—twice. We received what was clearly a chicken empanada instead of beef. My wife went back to the counter and showed the cashier the inside of the empanada. The cashier seemed visibly annoyed, didn’t say much, and handed her another empanada… which was also chicken. The salsa verde was actually really good (fresh, tangy, slightly sweet), and the coffee/food itself was fine—but the lack of accuracy and accountability was disappointing. If beef wasn’t available, that’s totally fine—just tell us. But getting the wrong drink and the wrong empanada twice on our first visit felt like the bare minimum was missed. Maybe it was an off day, but I hope the owners see this: the service we experienced hurts the brand."

"One of the worst experiences I had. I came in today around 12 and got coffee and chai latte. When it was ready I tasted it however it wasn’t what I ordered. The chai latte was actually a dirty chai. The coffee was burnt. I told the barista that that’s not what I ordered. Then she put the blame on me saying “ If I want my order, I should pay again cause I tasted it” that was completely unprofessional and it left me with tears. The chai latte or whatever I was given was so gross and undrinkable. I felt so bad for throwing it away. This ruined my entire day."

"This coffee is rich and chocolatey Colombian smoothed over by a nutty hint. Good, warm Domestic/community feeling from its simple Preparation. The sweets are also good particularly the gluten free guava pastry. Love this place. Chill staff. Lots of Open space so it’s never jam Packed. You an have a relaxing morning there with a friend of with your kids, everyone’s happy."
