"There is no hype behind this coffee shop, hyperbole over the quality of exacting standards in this veritable laboratory where cups of coffee are constructed. Plant lined walls and ceilings reminiscent of your favorite rain forest. While lines may at times seem lengthy, to cue for coffee is indeed worth the wait for a liquid masterpiece. Friendly staff, plethora of flavors and alternatives -hot dark chocolate for the non-coffee drinkers. Delicious and chill without laptops or wifi -come to drink and socialize"

"One of the best iced coffees I’ve ever had. Everything here seemed to revolve around the roast. No trendy drinks, no syrups, just coffee and tea. They rotate the roast for their iced coffee, and the one they were using when I went was incredibly fruity. Even served cold, it maintained onto that bright acidity you usually only get from a well-made filtered coffee. The best part was that they serve it with a free cup of sparkling water. Taking a sip of the coffee and then a sip of the sparkling water added this unexpected dimension. Almost like a deconstructed espresso tonic. For whatever reason, the fizz gave it a lightly sweet finish that wasn’t there on its own. I tried pouring a bit of the sparkling water into the coffee at the end, but it didn’t hit the same."

The space is airy, minimal, and filled with natural light—basically a sanctuary for coffee purists. There are no gimmicks, it’s all about highlighting the beans and their origins with precision. Sey is a great spot if you want to slow down. The vibe is calm, almost gallery-like, with greenery softening the industrial setting. The baristas know their craft inside out and are always happy to walk you through the tasting notes like you’re about to embark on a tiny flavor journey. The staff are all super great, love their vibes! My pour-over was Ethiopian coffee. Never in my life have a tasted Ethiopian coffee bean. Sey is not your average cup of coffee, it’s an experience. Bottom line: Sey is a temple for serious coffee lovers, and once you’ve tasted their beans, it’s hard to go back to regular drip."
