"South Williamsburg, this should be your new go to spot for coffee! I’m a long time fan of Sump, so finding out they have a location in Brooklyn now is truly exciting. Their coffee is expertly roasted, and my drink was perfectly made. Price point is very standard for this area, but the quality exceeds nearly every other cafe. They have some super creative specialty flavors (miso caramel or black sesame strawberry for example), but if you’re more of a coffee purist you can indulge yourself with a pour over, something you don’t see in many nyc cafes anymore. Truly, Sump is a hidden gem for this neighborhood, you really don’t want to sleep on this one. Bonus points because the owners/staff are incredibly kind and lovely. It’s such a treat to receive a great cup of coffee from someone who enjoys their craft and is a friendly face. I can’t wait to add this shop to my rotation."
