"If you have a trust fund and love coffee served with a little extra pretentiousness that takes an eternity because you enjoy your barista having extended convos with people at the bar about their “vintage clothes” (think classic I dress like I’m homeless but I’m rich look but don’t actually have any guilt about my wealth look) then you’ll love this place. The shop itself is wonderful the cashier was nice too. Obviously I’m exaggerating but not much. I understand the relaxing and slower vibe of this place, but you still have to make everyone feel like they are equally important or and that their order is important. The barista prioritized that fake interaction tha is all too common in contemporary retail experiences over making everyone’s drinks with expedience which is the real way to connect with customers good food kind interactions served with the most expedience possible, unfortunately that’s simply not the case here."

Though it was my first time, the barista treated me like a regular making sure to ask if everything was up to standard. Highly recommend stopping by at their location on Freeman street!"
