"On December 31, 2025 around 7:30 AM, I went for my usual morning coffee, as I do every day. I’m a frequent customer and always leave a good tip for the great service. However, today I was attended by a new young employee who provided extremely poor service and completely ruined my experience. I greeted him, but he didn’t reply because he was talking through an earpiece. He ignored my questions, and the macchiato he prepared was poorly made — nothing like the quality I’ve always received from the other barista. The customer before me was offered a replacement, but I wasn’t given that option. Instead, he told me I didn’t have to pay if I didn’t want to, which felt disrespectful. I don’t ask for free things; I always pay for what I buy. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, he became rude, threw his earpiece aside, and even challenged me to fight, as if he wanted to get physical. Later he told me he was having a bad day because his father was arrested, but if he was not in the right condition to work, he should have stepped aside instead of treating customers that way. I come here every morning to start my day with a good coffee — today, he ruined it. I respectfully request an apology from the manager or owner. You may check the cameras around 7:30 AM to confirm what happened. I truly liked this place because the previous barista always offered excellent service, but this experience was unacceptable and made me feel uncomfortable."
