What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Incredible espresso!! This place is the real deal specialty coffee shop. I really enjoyed my visit and loved the space. They have very good offerings here for coffee and espresso. They also offer an iced green tea with the espresso as a pallet cleanser in a really cool setting. You can buy a lot of varieties of freshly roasted specialty beans here as well."
"I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the Cafe Villager next to Brooklyn museum, NYC, USA. A lovely coffee spot just a 4-minute walk from the Brooklyn Museum. The place has a bright, clean decor with a long bench along the wall — perfect for solo visitors or pairs. They serve excellent specialty coffee, play great music, and the restrooms are clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to take a break while exploring this part of Brooklyn."
"Beautiful, cozy and quiet place to wind down and enjoy a great cup of coffee, great selection of coffee beans to buy home. Weekends can get crowded and there is usually a line at the entrance. Great multi roaster cafe in crown heights✨🙏🏼"
"Villager has good coffee and a nice neighborhood vibe. The drinks are consistently solid, and the staff is generally friendly. That said, it gets really crowded, especially in the mornings, and the limited seating makes it hard to hang out for long. It’s a good spot to grab a coffee to go, but not always ideal if you’re hoping to sit and relax."
"Packed out. Very limited seating so we got a latte and a couple of pastries to go. I tried the black sesame pinwheel.. maybe better warmed up because it didn’t do anything for me. I enjoyed the latte a lot but I friend thought it tasted “weird and industrial” Their bakery/pastry items looked great although u didn’t like mine. They had orange, cacao, carrot, olive oil pastries and cakes lots of fun options."
"I hot espresso -- tried both options on the menu. Both were light roasts, so not much crema or body, but well-executed and super clear flavors. Espresso..."
