"Won’t be back. Giving 2 stars because the prices are reasonable, but the service was disappointing. While waiting for my eggs and sausage, a staff member told me to take out my AirPods, even though they were on transparency mode and I could hear perfectly fine. On top of that, I wasn’t given toast, and no one let me know where the cutlery and condiments were. When I asked, I got a vague gesture toward the front, which wasn’t helpful. The staff just didn’t communicate clearly, and their smirking, passive-aggressive attitude made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. What really sealed the deal was when a French woman walked in right after me, and suddenly, the staff was engaged and friendly. I get that people naturally react differently to different customers, but the contrast was noticeable. Between the poor service, the dismissive attitude, and the oddly familiar branding (I’m honestly surprised Whole Foods/Amazon hasn’t taken issue with it), they’ve lost what could have been a new regular. I won’t be giving them another chance."

"I normally pass this place on my way home.. but today I decided to stop and see what it is about. They have a wide range of healthy snacks to choose from. They also have an area for lunch or dinner. I love their menu. On days I don’t feel for meat here would be my first option. Fresh presentation as well. I have to mention that the server/chef greeted me with a welcoming smile. He is handsome btw lol 😆.. Those cakes are mouth-watering 🤤😋"

"This store has decent supplies but their cooks ALWAYS get the order wrong. Even the simplest orders come out wrong or unappealing. It seems like they do whatever they want in the kitchen and charge you for 'premium quality'. 2/3 items came out wrong in my order. This is outrageous! Never again.."
