What People Are Saying
from Google"After getting my hair did, I traypsed over to Win Son. It was brick out so the only remedy would be hot cup of tea! I also wanted something to fill me up, so I ordered their signature double patty Smash Burger. I like that their sandwiches are paired with a hefty salad. The mixed greens are a nice edition to the cheesy, rich Burger. I especially like the citrus dressing on the mixed greens. It's always a vibe when I have a meal here. Folks are sitting by the bar ordering cocktails, others are with family or friends for a quick bite and relaxed conversation. The music is nice and this time the Christmas tree was still displayed and it gave a really great indoor/outdoor ambiance to the icy patches along Graham Avenue...Nice!"
"I had a great breakfast here! Egg & bacon scallion wrap- it was amazing... and shareable. Followed with an almond pastry with filling and an americano (in a glass mug). Everything was perfect. Great employees too. Thank you! p.s. the entrance is behind the bus stop- order at counter and then sit down."
"A modern and innovative bakery with strong potential to keep growing. Order: Scallion pancake cheese and egg, mochi donut, fan taun, nian ago sesame fig, jasmine lavender milk tea, latte = $53~ The scallion pancake and mochi donut I've seen meet viral status on social media, for the amount of hype it's received Id say it's more the innovation behind it that's appealing than the taste. Nothing extraordinarily groundbreaking but it's an interesting refreshing twist to try. Same goes to the humble fan taun. What my friend and I mutually agreed is absolutely delicious is the seasonal nian gao fig pastry. Nian gao batter, layered with creamy custard, fig jam and topped with smooth mascoropone cream and figs - WOW. You don't have to be a sweet tooth to enjoy this, you just need to love yourself enough to treat yourself with this. Kudos to the pastry chef. The drinks itself was fine but I felt the food does the storytelling here. I'd revisit to give the menu another shot out of curiosity. This place is for those who want to broaden their taste palette."
"Incredible Taiwanese-American Bakery. Mochi donut is to die for, unlike any other place. The scallion pancake wrapped sandwiches are also killer. My go to is the Juicai package and add bacon and of course, the BEC is yum as well. Lately I tried the shrimp milk bun (available after 3:30) and that was amazing as well. Top tier spot! It is definitely fusion so I wouldn’t go in with expectations for it to be authentic Taiwanese food because that’s just not what it is. Lines are long on the weekends but it does move fast. It’s in my neighborhood so I like to go weekday afternoons after work — if you’re in the area on a weekday it’s perfect and there should be plenty of spots to sit outside."
"I stopped by Win Son for brunch. The line was long, but it moved pretty quickly. I ordered the fried chicken box and it was really good! Well-seasoned, crispy and juicy. I would recommend this place located in the hip neighborhood of Bushwick on Graham Ave. Outdoor seating is also available."
