"Son bought me a pound of coffee for Christmas ( whole bean ). I've drank many coffee' in my life...kona down to Maxwell. Well, cowboy coffee beans look like they were left out in the Texas sun all summer and tasted as much ! Don't know if you guys roast your own or hire roasting company or your shelf life of your coffee is very offff!!! But quality control needs to figure it out fast.
