"My wife and I stopped here for a delicious hot latte on New Years Eve. Spoke to the owner, who was very nice and pleasant to talk to. I ordered the caramel latte and it was very good! We came back the day and I ordered the toasted marshmallow latte... delicious, by the way. They have an amazing espresso machine, one of the best I've ever seen. Their coffee is nice and fresh. The service is great. They also sell breakfast foods. Definitely check this place out if you are in the Medina area."

"The Factory Espresso at the Hart House Hotel certainly strives to be that authentic Italian coffee bar in a wannabe West Village boutique hotel. I hope the place attracts a lot of tourists and regulars and becomes successful because that will mean Medina’s economy is sustainable. The espresso here? Not bad but there was a slight lack of flavor potency and the temperature was a bit too tepid for me. But the place just opened a few weeks ago, so growing pains are normal. My chocolate croissant was tasty. The menu here is fanciful and interesting, unique to any other in Medina. A repeat visit for brunch or lunch is on my to-do list. The large street facing windows here provide an expansive and lovely morning view of Medina’s downtown Historic District, and the ambiance inside is a calm and welcoming one. The friendly and earnest young workers here told me there is another area adjacent to the Hotel’s lobby that will be renovated to expand Factory Espresso’s seating by around Labor Day."
