"I was there yesterday at 7:30am. This place opens at 7 so it was fairly empty. There was no line when I went there and it was one girl behind the counter. As I’m placing my order for a coffee, a man comes and completely disregards me placing an order and he places an order as well. Instead of the barista/cashier telling him to wait or to please be patient, she takes HIS order and charges him first WHILE I was in the midst of telling her my order. I felt incredibly disrespected by both of them. He got his order before me and he just came outta no where! I ordered two things. A coffee and a sandwich. After that odd interaction, I sit down and wait for my order. She made my coffee first but then proceeded to take other people’s order before making my sandwich. Keep in mind, it’s 30 minutes after opening, there’s no line, it’s empty inside. There should’ve been no reason for me to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. Rather than doing one order at a time, she was going back and forth between completing mine and taking other people at the register. Idk if she felt like that’s the best way to go about it. But for me, it’s very unorganized and the complete opposite of time management. God forbid I had work (and I work down the street) I would’ve been late. I’m satisfied with my coffee and sandwich but I cannot be served by that girl ever again. She needs additional training on how to complete an order. I was so turned off and pissed especially from that rude guy"

"Loved my visit to Cafe Haven! I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was delicious and well balanced. The customer service was great—friendly, welcoming, and attentive—and the music playing created such a good vibe while I was there. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!"

"When I say I’m in love, I mean I’m in love with the best coffee I’ve ever had. I definitely will come back, and the staff is very nice. They helped me with my order to the exact detail. They took their time and didn’t rush me as much as I want to gatekeep this place. I will be recommending it to people around my area. Don’t forget to try their crepes. They are definitely a must-have. They are light and sweet, making them a great dessert when you have a craving."
