"Overall rating: 4.5 So I went in the summer which I believe was the first few weeks after it opened. I hope it got better, but they didn’t even have an instructional pamphlet. It was more of a store that sold backgammon boards that happened to sell coffee. The staff was so nice and so friendly, but I had to google how to play after paying $20/ 2 hr to rent a board. Cmon bro. The quality of the place & coffee, didn’t really measure up to the actually game and learning how to play. Doubt I’d be back."

"It’s a gem that’s different than any other coffee shop in SoHo! The decor is elegant and cool, it smells incredible and the staff are super friendly. Got an iced matcha which was made with care. Definitely coming back for the backgammon board rentals. It was a dream to sit there before heading to my train."

I ordered a glass of white wine, and with the cute tables and classic vibe, it felt like a nice spot to enjoy a drink alone or chat with a friend. The staff were friendly and everything was great, but it’s a real shame there isn’t a restroom."
