During our visit, the POS system unexpectedly stopped working, but Charlie handled it with impressive calm and confidence. He was efficient, navigating the situation with ease and absolutely no stress. Watching him adapt so smoothly was reassuring and showed real professionalism and experience. Despite the technical issue, service never slowed down and the atmosphere stayed relaxed. We ended up staying for well over two hours and ordered two rounds of drinks, and every single coffee was made to perfection. Each order was consistent, thoughtfully prepared, and exactly what we asked for. It’s clear Charlie takes pride in what he does, not just in making great coffee, but in creating a positive experience for everyone in the shop. Between the welcoming attitude, smooth problem-solving, and perfectly crafted drinks, this was an outstanding experience. "Had a classic cold latte (Rum flavored with whole milk) & a hot Americano (whiskey flavored). Both were great. Cold latte packed a punch in its flavor that was detectable even through the milk, and Americano had great fragrance that slowly showed its flavor as I quickly sip down the burning liquid."
