"For nearly a year I continued to walk right pass this location, understanding that it was a coffee shop. Not understanding that it was a new concept outpost of Arcteryx. Walking past the cafe and windowed seating i discovered a hidden Arcteryx gem. The retail shop offers a great collection of classics, and contemporary attire and gear. The lower floor offers a collection of rebirthed (ReBird) products that have gone through repair or reconditioned. The staff at this shop was very helpful when I was trying on some attire. attire. Great idea, great shop. Looking forward to returning."

"Great spot to get some work done and study and i love the asymmetric wood design. Outlets are only by the window stool seating but they have fast wifi! Drinks are also so good i loved the blueberry yuzu matcha"

"I came first time today andthe girl with glasses made it so good. I dont adventure coffee in the area much but happy I did today. Very nice"

"The baristas were very rude, especially the female barista with short hair. We arrived 30 minutes before closing. She was much more worried about cleaning to close while we were deciding what to get while the other barista was making another order. After about 10 minutes, she finally “greeted” us by rudely saying “ um are you going to order or what?” When I said “yes we would like to order” she rolled her eyes as if SHOCKED that we would. She then said “well we’re closing in 20 minutes, JUST so you know” I made it clear we would be gone in ten minutes. When trying to order pastries with her, she made a point to not pay attention when we were making our requests and then expressed deep frustration when she didn’t understand what we were trying to order. Later, after 10 minutes, the barista then started going around to all the patrons to alert them that they would be closing in 10 minutes. I understand precisely why they were treating the guests this way, they were frustrated because they wanted to go home but this is just bad hospitality and bad work ethic. I work in hospitality, I would not tolerate such terrible service. The male barista has promise but the female was miserable, rude, and to be honest, she looked deeply troubled, like she can’t handle social interactions. Maybe she is not meant for society, or she needs to grow up but my suggestion is she’s bad for business."
