"This review is about sustainability only! By 2050, there will be more plastic in the ocean than fish. And over 95% of the plastic that we use does not actually get recycled, even with the best of intentions. As we navigate the plastic waste crisis, I wonder how you can work with your customers to help mitigate it. Perhaps that would mean, incentivizing or communicating that folks should be bringing their own mugs if they are enjoying their coffee to stay. Or if they are working from your shop. Or perhaps you could offer real mugs yourself. Or at least compostable cups that get put in a proper compost bin so that they can actually be processed back into soil. But it made me quite sad to see you so much reckless waste normalized throughout the shop, as people are clearly staying there for some time to enjoy their beverage. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a reusable option? Thank you for considering, and thank you for the kind service and tasty drink. But I hope you could look into greener options for your customers, so that we can work together to tackle this massive existential crisis in our midst."

"Loved this cafe, incredibly beautiful and the coffee was really good. The service is also great, very sweet people who bring you water and are pretty fun. Only reason I took a star off was the matcha wasn’t my fave, they’re so close to making it good with their set up but the powder wasn’t my favorite. I will say that they got a pretty good ratio and size but it’s just the powder reminds me of a culinary grade matcha. Again, I love this place for their baked goods, coffee and cold chocolate but yeah only the matcha was funky. I am a matcha snob though so take this with a grain of salt ~"

"Been meaning to try this shop and glad I did. Excellent flat white with oat milk—smooth, rich flavor and not bitter. They do their own roasting which is nice to hear. Atmosphere is comfortable and chill with low noise level. A better option than La Cabra which doesn’t have that much seating."

"Acro is such a gem! The vibe is immaculate, stylish, calm, and so thoughtfully designed. Everything was incredibly clean and well cared for. The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The crème brûlée donut was unreal—perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and not overly sweet. And the matcha? Absolutely incredible. Smooth, rich, and clearly high quality. This place instantly became a new favorite. I can’t wait to come back!!"
