"We tried getting drinks at this bar and was “put on a waitlist” an HOUR AND A HALF before closing by a girl in glasses with a beret and curly hair - but never received a text confirmation. My partner and I walked around the rest of the store to kill time expecting to get seated shortly but upon our return we were shocked to find out there was never a waitlist and she apparently did that to get rid of us. Security later said the bar had it’s last call and asked who told us to come back. Please make hours more clear and set expectations instead of lying about a waitlist."

"I recently visited this place, and I have to say, it’s all just hype! While the drinks were not bad, the service was exceptionally disappointing. One male bartender rolled his eyes at me when I asked if he could take my order, which felt quite unprofessional. I waited about 10 minutes to be served, even after asking three different staff members how to order a drink. Overall, the experience was frustrating."

"This is a gem that should not be overlooked. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Victor, the bartender, who exuded a warmth and friendliness that made us feel immediately at home. He was more than happy to chat with us and share his knowledge and passion for mixology, which added to the overall experience. The ambiance of the bar was cozy and intimate, with dim lighting and comfortable seating. It was the perfect setting for a night out with my wife. As we perused the menu, we were impressed by the variety of drinks on offer, all of which were expertly crafted and full of flavor. My wife and I decided to start with a flight of espresso martinis, which were all delicious. The espresso was strong and bold, perfectly balanced with the sweetness of the vodka and the smoothness of the cream. Each one had its own unique twist, and we enjoyed trying them all. I had a Milan-inspired Manhattan, which was a perfect balance of sweetness and bitters. The vermouth and amaro added a complexity to the drink that I had never experienced before. It was clear that Victor put a great deal of thought and care into the preparation of each drink. Overall, our visit to the Arriviamo bar at Starbucks Reserve in Chelsea was an exceptional experience. The hospitality of Victor and the delicious drinks on offer made for a memorable night. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and treating yourself to a drink or two. It's a true pleasure to have a bartender like Victor who is not just making a drink but creating an experience"

"A separate 21+ area at the top level of the Starbucks Reserve. Well worth a visit and a very unique place to hang out with friends. Unique cocktails that have heavy coffee influence. Great friendly bartenders. No tipping! Guaranteed seating that requires reservations/a wait so get in line as soon as you arrive. Menu is completely separate from the main section and they don't allow food/drinks to be transferred between the sections."

"Horribly understaffed. They have one waiter running between every around 15 tables, and two hostesses who are just standing around talking. We ordered at 4pm, 1 flight of 3 espresso martinis and one cookie. The flight took 15 minutes to make but it was pretty good. The cookie took 30 minutes to come out, and it was cold and kind of stale."
