"I have ordered from here when it opened and it was spectacular. The last two times I’ve ordered from them have been a big change. Last time, I ordered the lemongrass chicken banh mi and it left my baguette sopping wet. Leaving it to be inedible because it pretty much became mush. This time with the original banh mi, the bread is stale and clearly has been sitting out. The bread is cold and sad looking. I’m so shocked by the quality control of this place. The first few times I really enjoyed it and deemed it to be a great banh mi for the area but these last 2 times I cannot return as these were incredibly disappointing."
