"Birch Coffee has clearly gone downhill — both the coffee quality and the service have noticeably declined. Coffee is now often served in plain, cheap white disposable cups instead of real mugs, sometimes without any Birch branding at all. The photos included from before and after show the contrast clearly: what used to feel thoughtful and high-quality now feels careless and miserable."

"This is a very popular spot. I think they have a lot of regulars. We popped in for breakfast. A scone, yogurt, flat white & a latte. This barista knows how to pull delicious coffee. It had a great depth of flavour. In our mind one of the best cups in the city. Be patient, wait in line & you will be rewarded."
