"My favorite place in Midtown to hang out. Been coming here almost every time I visit the city. It radiates a bit of that sterile corporate energy, but the covered outdoor space is really nice, and I never have to fight for a seat. It’s always spotless, and more importantly, they have a clean, accessible co-ed public restroom (which, in this neighborhood, is basically a unicorn). Drink-wise, they specialize in flavored lattes like Vanilla Date and Butterscotch. The latter is my go-to, and while it is aggressively sweet, it oddly reminds me of Butterbeer from the Harry Potter theme parks, which I used to love. Probably not the best spot this time of year, but when the weather’s nice, it’s definitely one of the best outdoor space to chill in the area."

And here’s the thing: I wanted to love it. But the coffee itself just didn’t land for me. It felt overly sweet, muted, and lacked that deep, warm comfort I look for in a great cup.
