"I’m not sure if the barista was having a bad day, but my experience was disappointing. He was rude, and when he handed me my coffee, he placed it on the counter with enough force that some of the coffee spilled onto the counter and my cup. There was no apology or acknowledgment. What stood out to me most was that the customer immediately after me was treated much more kindly, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time since I work in the area, and this just wasn’t the level of service I’m used to or expect."

You can really taste the quality, and it’s easily one of the best I’ve had ! On top of the amazing drinks, I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff for being so kind and honest. I accidentally left my purse behind while I was running around the city, and they held onto it for me until I came back, completely panicked. They were so kind and reassuring when I finally returned – it truly meant so much to me. Delicious matcha + genuinely good people = a business I’ll always support! 💚"
