"Unfortunately this blank street is not it. Super super tiny / squished with absolutely no radiant energy or good vibes. The Americano was burnt, the latte barely had espresso flavour, and the baristas, are not jamming with high spirits. No seating. Feels very choppy / not thoughtful. Passive. Just truly not a hit, and such a shame, because it’s prime real estate and a decent chain. Will not be going back"
