"For a location that is in a tourist area, the staff of this blank street is very rude and unfriendly. This individual in the photo behind the counter was aggressively rude from the beginning of us walking into this location then followed later by asking my family and I to CLEAR OUT the way - (mind you we were standing at the high tables inside where people usually have their drinks(clearly made for this), no one was blocking the entrance or anything) ofcc for a small space we’d be mindful but he was absolutely so rude and his tone was unpleasant and his attitude so uncalled for. Clearly he does not like being in the service industry because of his poor customer service. Staff needs to do better. Had he properly treated this situation if we were in any way blocking off something his tone of voice and attitude would have been more appropriate. Not to mention the location barely had customers inside!"

"I got one bottle of sparkling water and it was hot. Because the cooling machine was not working. And I ordered one small cup of americano. Then I asked a little ice for the hot sparkling water. The guy started to shouting at me, I warned him not to shout at me. Because I am the customer and you can not treat me like this. He never stopped shouting at me. I am complaining that worker. It was Oct 4th, 2025 and 5:27pm. That worker was wearing glasses and store hat."

"I went on a Saturday right before closing and I was able to get my drink in ~15 min. My matcha drink was surprisingly not watery. I got the pistachio matcha drink and I think the salty pistachio is a perfect balance for the sweetness of the matcha. Their matcha isn’t even whisked on the spot to streamline the process😐"

"The decor is nice and simple. I got a strawberry shortcake matcha. Honestly the matcha is really water down. Bland to the point I can’t even taste the matcha. For a place that sell matcha as their main ingredient, this is unacceptable. The only thing I can taste is the sweetness of the strawberry syrup. This is a place where I would go once and never come back."
