"Best The coffee is good, quick preparing, and the staff is quick?? I guess Bad I don’t know whats wrong with the brand… no coverage for the lid and coffee spilled every where from store to home. There are something called anti spill paper you know… They don’t even have bags for 2 cups…. I regretted of telling my husband to buy him a cup- i literally suffered to take the cup home and kept it fr spilling and moving inside the bag The staff didnt event offered to help me with the bag and the cup 🫠 I have to struggled to did them all myself The menu is very … no brain. They have only 1 price, while the place literally have 3 something different size 🤧🤧 and they dont even have information whether what size is the price It was unpleasant experience and I will never go back."

"Wish the seating area was larger BUT the service was amazing and the food was so yummy. We are traveling from out of town and came back multiple days. The staff remembered our order and preferences and took such great care to make us feel welcome. It was impressive! The Gluten Free roast here is beyond delicious! Someone please tell me where to get it! Care was taken with special requests and getting the order just right. LOVE the staff here! Thank you!"

"A decent breakfast burrito but nowhere to eat it. The seating area here is tiny. When I was here, the front door xoxo didn't close properly - so the place was freezing cold. The burrito 🌯 was good but small for the price. And expensive. When I was there, they were out of 🦃 turkey. So unprofessional!"

"Wanted to share my recent experience, which left me quite disappointed. I ordered an Iced Milo—something I get regularly—but this time, I received what was clearly just a regular cup of coffee. When I pointed this out to the staff member, he responded, “I’m out of ice cream so this is the best I can do.” Not only was there no ice cream, but there was no Milo in the cup at all. I told him that if the item wasn’t available, I would’ve appreciated being informed so I could’ve chosen something else. His response was, “What do you want me to do?”—which felt dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, this entire exchange took nearly 20 minutes just for a basic cup of coffee I didn’t even want. I’m really disappointed in the level of customer service I received."

"I would give this a 0 stars if i could. We were looking forward to a nice breakfast at home and but to our surprise and disgust, a 2 day expired moldy fruit cup was sent to us. The entire fruit cup is filled with green and blue mold and all of the strawberries have fuzz all over them. what is most baffling is that they put a sticker on the lid of the fruit cup where you can clearly see the green blue mold and the rotten fruits through the clear lid and still decided to send it to us. The expiration date is also written on the bottom (today’s date is 8/18) it is absolutely disgusting."
