"Cha& is my go to spot to get high quality tea with nice vibe. my usual order is either matcha latte or honey lemon. matcha latte here is one of the best in the city (and i’ve been to 200+ cafes in nyc). they have variations of tea from oolong, black, cardamom, and many more. it is also perfect cafe to get some work done. there is wifi and restroom with many seats (bar and table). i love the morning vibe here so much. the space will be brightly lit from natural light, calming and peaceful."

"I love the clean and open space with huge windows for lots of natural light. Has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. My favorite drink is iced matcha latte and CHA& makes the best I've ever tasted. Staff are friendly and the service quick. Will definitely visit again."

"Update: The owner reached out and refunded us for our drinks. They also let us know that they let the barista go that made the faulty drinks. Drinks were ok. They were out of stock of half of the drinks on the menu. But worst of all, found part of the matcha whisk in my drink and all the worker offered was a quick sorry. Don't waste your money here, lots of other matcha places with much better service and drinks in NYC!"
