"Came in to New York City again for some adventure with the family looking for new exciting places to eat and find anything that stood out And on our travel to China Town we stumbled upon chip City which we didn't t know existed until we found it. By far best cookies I've had in a long time the chocolate chip was the grandslam for me . This will be on our list when we come back . Service- awesome Staff - awesome Cookies- awesome"

"We got a chocolate chip cookie here and I was a bit disappointed. Although a decent cookie, it could’ve been more flavorful and was a bit dry. They have great branding and were nice in the store but the cookie didn’t live up to some of the other competitors like Levain in the city."

"The cookies are big, soft and warm. The Blueberry Cheesecake Crookie was my favorite. I also tried the Lemon Berry and the Cookies & Cream cookies too which were decent as well. Overall, they're solid cookies and are better than Crumbl."

"Inside was very clean snd cozy and smelled delicious. Cookies were warm and staff was very helpful and patient. We also got delicious bagels and cream cheese! Will definitely come back to try the other flavors."

"This place really isn’t anything special. They’ve got some fun flavors, but that’s about where it stops. The cookies are no better than those from the grocery store. Service is friendly, however. If you do go, the s’mores was probably the best flavor of the 4 that we tried."
