"I had initially stopped here during a long run on a hot day, and my only goal at the time was obtaining a cold bottled water. Since the food looked so fabulous, I made note to return some day. Today was the day! My partner and I ordered the chorizo and egg + the skirt steak and egg tacos. The skirt steak and egg was our favorite, but the other was amazing too. We’ll definitely be returning to try more items on the menu."

"Took a nice stroll on a beautiful Wednesday morning and encountered the Eggstravaganza food truck on the Northeast corner of East 52nd Street and Park Avenue. Ordered a Torerro Breakfast Wrap...the torerro is described as steak, fluffy eggs, avocado, and cotija cheese...waited approximately 6 minutes for the food to be prepared. When I was called back to pick up the food, they had explained to me that there are no more wraps and that they prepared an omelette instead...I was a bit confused as when I ordered they didn't make any mention that the wraps were out...then they say that if I want the wrap I would have to wait another 10 minutes. I opted to just grab the omelette. The steak was flavorful but over cooked, the flavor profile of the dish is wonderful however I do not believe that it is worth the price of $11-12 dollars. All in all the staff are friendly and they mean well but don't think I'd visit again for any of their other fare."
