"My husband and I stopped in randomly after viewing a local hotspot (read Ghostbusters station). I saw the bakery sign and we went it for a quick bite not even realizing what it was. It was a small, quaint space but so warming and loving. I recognized some of the words of items from learning French (they use Italian which is totally awesome). The gal in the morning on Dec 30 was so sweet and kind. When we were there a small rush of folks came in and she handled everything with kindness and care the way we are use to in Kansas"

"The staff are warm, welcoming and vibrant. I’ve being stopping every weekend for my bread and lattes. True artisans at their craft and with such love and joy. Breads are the best in the city. "I bought a filone of bread for almost 10$. I kindly asked to have it sliced. When the employee gave it to me, I noticed that it was incredibly light. When I went back home I saw that filone of bread was completely hollow. The day after I brought it back and the manager hastily told me that sometimes when the bread is fresh it happens that the majority of the material just evaporates/vanishes when cutting. A very rare effect of physics! the bread, anyway, was dry. If that happens, why the employee gave it to me? I invite you to look at the picture and tell me what you think it happened to the interior. Removed or chemical and mechanical disappearance? How can a store sell something like this and not even apologize?"
