"I used to go to them a lot. My recent experience at this location is horrible the coffee they made and their attitude. I placed my order online and I went to the store 10-16 mins later, my drink is not ready. Because they forgot my order, and the cashier told me they got a big order blah blah but no apology and then asked “what’s your order”? So she made my order in 2 mins which tastes like crap. And it costs me $7. I went again today I ordered the same thing, the coffee tastes liked water and so diluted. It also tastes a bit sour. I don’t taste caramel at all because I order Caramel cold brew. I think the group of people working at this location changed."

"This is absolutely hands down My Favorite Coffee Shop ☕️ in All of NYC. The Flavors are Out of this World. The Salted Caramel Cold Brew is Delicious and their Newest Black Forest Latte is Amazing. The Barista's put such Love ❤️ into every cup. The Manager is as Sweet as Pie and Eli is Sooo Caring and has taken the time to makes sure My experience at Gregory's is beyond words, than I can Express in this Post. Not to mention the smell of the coffee lifts You to another atmosphere. I Love You Guys💕💕💕💕💕"

"Very chill space! Lovely decor. I wandered around for a bit before settling on this location (I was looking for a coffee spot to spend a little time before an appointment). None of the other coffee locations had as much seating. As others have commented, the price is a bit high for Starbucks style sandwiches. However this spot has more vegan options than comparable places--so I'll still give the full 5 stars! The cranberry walnut scone was huge and filling! And not overly sweet. I do wish there was a more comfortable seating option (hard surfaces) however I understand it's easier to clean! There is a gener neutral bathroom."
