This happens so it was fine but when I went up to show them my receipt with my name on it she yelled at me in front of everyone waiting saying how I told her my name was Natalie (It's Maddie, so not even close?) She insisted that it was my fault to which I just asked if I could have a refund because it wasn't worth any of this hassle. Instead, a kind barista behind her re-made the drink and handed to me while apologizing. Totally unnecessary from the other woman and there were many people waiting that saw this happen."
