"I ordered an iced matcha latte with mango. They brought me a completely different drink and it tasted awful. I’m attaching a photo of what I ordered and what I was given. I also ordered a mango and peach lemonade for my mom but didn’t have time to take a photo. In the picture it was yellow, but they gave me a clear drink with ice and sugar and insisted it was the same. I asked for a refund and they gave me one. The guys were completely unfriendly. I will definitely not be coming back. I will respond to your reply!!!! You can’t even answer properly. The drinks should at least look a little like the pictures you show!!!"

"Staff was super nice here and are multilingual! They explained their drinks well and helped me decide on my order based on my preferences (low sugar but still sweet). Ended up getting the iced rose matcha and that was the perfect sweetness level for me! They were very friendly and made sure the sweetness level was okay. Very nice staff and I am interested in trying some of their other drinks next time!"
