I also tried the marble loaf, which was dense and tasted somewhat artificial; I usually prefer a lighter, more moist cake with a larger crumb. That said, the interior is lovely — very Parisian café vibes with a charming upstairs seating area that makes it a nice place to sit for a few minutes. Overall, cute spot but the pastries didn’t quite live up to the look."

I also went for the dark chocolate mousse option, which didn’t disappoint. It was smooth, intense, and perfectly decadent. To complement it, I ordered a coffee, and the roast was bold with a sharp, flavorful punch that cut nicely through the sweetness of the desserts. Prices are on the higher side, but that’s expected for this part of the city, especially given the quality of ingredients and the care put into presentation. "the madeleines were dry, not sweet, and crumbly. i prefer the factory-made ones that are slightly crisp on the outside and soft and sweet on the inside. 0/10 the chocolate chips were AWFUL. they were salted...which works, but not when the salts in extreme excess of the sugar. Plus, the bitterness of the chocolate worked to overpower the slight sweetness. 0/10 the almond bear-shaped cake wasn't half bad. i'd say only 25% bad. more sugar would have helped. 7/10 lemon tart in the shape of a rose- Nice. not ground-breaking, but nice. 8/10 the store is beautiful, but the flavors weren't"
