"Beautiful and spacious with a second floor and amazing drinks and dessert. Love the place. On broadway between 111th and 112th streets close to Columbia University. The 1 train is right there and the 110th street cathedral stop is here to get here. Super convenient and I enjoyed every part of this experience, including the dessert. It was exquisite."

"I am not really sure why this location is rated so highly, but my service was terrible. Prices start at $10/pot, unless you want to take one drink to go. I ordered two pots, my buzzer went off, and a grown man handed me a tray of hot liquids that weighed a lot, to bring to my table. no one offered to help, all three male associates just stared. another woman went up to grab her similar order, and again they stared at her while she struggled to bring her giant order over to her table. the tea was ok? definitely not worth the price, but the service was abysmal. I don't know if my race had anything to do with it, but I was not greeted, was simply stared at while completing my order, and received maybe two words from the three men standing behind the counter throughout the whole experience. threw a tip in the jar (before getting my poor service) and received yet another stare and silence. don't see myself returning. i am glad to hear others were treated with kindness, but that was not my experience."

"I love the Yemeni latte. The spices they flavor with match up perfectly with the honey cake and the sabaya. The vibe of this particular place is wonderful. This is a great place to unwind for an hour or so. Any time I'm in the upper west side, I have to stop here."
