We started with the hummus, and it was absolutely outstanding—so fresh, silky smooth, and bursting with flavor. It paired beautifully with the warm bread and set the tone for the rest of the meal. The fries and sweet potato fries deserve a special mention too: perfectly crispy, piping hot, and honestly addictive. They’re the kind of sides you keep reaching for long after you’re full. For mains, the lamb shawarma was excellent, with a distinctly gamey flavor that made it rich and satisfying without being overpowering. It felt authentic and hearty. But one of my favorite parts of the meal was the Israeli chopped salad on tahini. It was bright, refreshing, and balanced, with that creamy tahini base tying everything together beautifully. It was light yet flavorful, the kind of dish you could eat every day and never get tired of. Everything about Shoo Shoo—from the fresh, flavorful food to the great ambiance and attentive service—makes it a place I can’t wait to return to. It’s perfect whether you’re coming for a casual meal, a night out with friends, or just to enjoy really well-executed Mediterranean dishes in a space that feels good to be in."
