"This is the best little coffee shop on the Upper West Side! Cozy and chill with a wonderful and friendly staff. Their espresso is so smooth, I barely add any cream and sugar, so yum! Solid State has merch as well with cute hoodies and hats. Plenty of seating in the back and a comfy waiting space. They are super fast too, so efficient and quick. Great music and vibes, I seriously look forward to going here when I visit New York. Great location, just 2 blocks from Central Park in a safe area surrounded by brownstones. I love this place and can’t wait to go back! Thanks and keep up the great work!"

"Baristas are super friendly and the shop is super cute! Not a ton of seating and super busy. Onion focaccia is yummy, super onion-y, but also very greasy. The salted caramel speciality latte was just…fine. Tasted like a generically sweet coffee. No strong flavor to it."

Had to stop myself from getting more than one pastry. Be forewarned, the reviews are true: there's no wifi here. But the comfy seats and outlets make it a perfect spot to so offline work or catch up with friends"
