"I found this place by chance, and it instantly became one of my top spots in Manhattan to play pool, have coffee, and grab a drink. The owner does everything himself — he serves, makes the coffee, and cooks. Between the warm atmosphere and the incredibly tasty, homemade food, it truly feels like coming into a family home. I ordered a latte and an avocado toast, and he even invited us to try a soup he had just made, along with some toast with pesto and cheese — it couldn’t have been better. Prices are very affordable, and it’s the perfect place if you’re looking for something calm, with great vibes, and a place to truly enjoy. Also and super important: great selection of wines"

"What a gem! Super low-key spot, vibes 10/10. Quiet and friendly people inside. The bar man was nice and took his time perfecting the food. I got the avocado toast with egg which was quite tasty. My partner got the ham and provolone and I wish I got that too because that looked very tasty as well. Small plate but a little on the pricier side. I am not sure if the guy behind the bar owns the place and it’s just him so maybe that’s why but still it’s a local spot and definitely worth supporting."
