What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Not your average coffee shop it felt more like a bar minus the alcohol. The set up was very different than what you would expect in Soho. I am glad, however, that I stumbled upon it. If you are able to wait in the long line once you are serviced, you are good to go. The drinks are great, so are the snacks. Everything is reasonably priced, which is uncommon in New York City."
"Think Coffee is a convenient spot in SoHo, right in the middle of where I usually shop. The location is nice and central, yet not overly crowded considering the area. It’s definitely a bigger space compared to some of their other branches, which makes it easier to find a seat. I’ve stopped in a couple of times to hang out, grab a quick breakfast, and get some work done while waiting for the stores to open. I had their breakfast burrito and it was decent nothing fancy, but it hit the spot. The cafe is clean, the staff is friendly, and service is quick. The crowd is a mix of locals, tourists, and shoppers which is exactly what you’d expect in SoHo."
"I ordered sandwich and it tasted nothing. It was worse than street food truck. Also woman cashier was not nice. She acted annoyed. Now I can understand why their google reviews are only 3. I go to soho often, but I will go to this coffee shop again. They should know they’re plenty of coffee shops in Soho."
"I have IBS and needed to urgently use the bathroom. I walked into think coffee and saw the line to order was long. I urgently needed to use the restroom due to my IBS so I waited in the bathroom line instead with the full intention of getting a small coffee. An employee approached me telling me I needed to make a purchase before using the restroom. The person occupying the restroom left so I stuck my foot in the door while asking the employee if I can order after using the restroom because I am about to shit myself. I even said I was going to get a cortado. She said unfortunately due to company policy I needed to first place an order so they can scan the QR code on the receipt or scan the QR code next to the door and pay $1-3 to use the bathroom (keep in mind I’m literally holding the bathroom door open and a line was forming). I tried to scan the QR code in the bathroom exclaiming I can do the QR code while I use the restroom because I’m seriously about to shit myself. She said no I need to do it before hand and another employee opened the door wider to let another customer into the bathroom. The QR code didn’t work so I stormed out of the coffee shop urgently looking for a place to relieve myself. Unfortunately I did shit my pants outside the store. I smelled disgusting and was extremely embarrassed, fortunately it was raining heavily so there wasn’t a lot of people outside. I went to the TJ Maxx next door for new underwear and pants. I made my purchase then walked to a blue coffee 2 blocks away where they were extremely accommodating. Allowed me to use their bathroom and place an order after I cleaned myself up. Please don’t support this business. They have no humanity and the coffee sucks. I highly recommend supporting blue dove coffee, deploy coffee or ground support cafe. They employee extremely nice people and the coffee isn’t burnt."
"Great coffee! Good cappuccino (used to Italian standards) and a very subtle mocca cappuccino - 5 out of 5. Place is very clean and the staf are friendly. Could have been a bit more decorated, but that’s a matter of personal preference."
