"What a great addition to the West Village. Toby’s Estate is my new cappuccino go to. Prime location nestled in the heart of the WV. Super modern design and layout. Great spot for picking up a coffee & delicious cookie, or sipping and people watching perched in their window. Alexis made me a delicious cappuccino… I decided to have some coffee beans 🫘 grinded to take home, got their signature coffee pods that fit perfectly in my Nespresso machine. Indulged with their cookies for my team. Definitely a home run for me. Bravo! Thank you Lisa for the recommendation!"

"I stopped by this cafe while I was in the West Village and ended up staying longer than planned. It has a relaxed atmosphere that works well for getting a little work done. There is wifi and restroom, which makes it a convenient spot if you are working for home ✨
I ordered a cappuccino ☕️ it is smooth and not too intense. the vibe is immaculate as I sat at a small table by the window. It wasn’t too crowded. 
If you are looking for a simple, calm place in the neighborhood to answer emails or take a break between errands, this spot is a solid option. Nothing overly fancy — just good coffee, wifi, and a quiet moment 🍃"

"I have visited this coffee shop several times and believe it has the potential to be one of the best in the area. My first visit was excellent. The flat white was amazing, and both the barista and cashier were friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made a strong impression and motivated me to return. During a later visit, the experience changed significantly. I came back with a colleague to introduce them to a spot where I previously enjoyed great coffee. Two different employees were working that day and greeted us very dismissively. We were told, with an unfriendly attitude, that they were closing soon even though we had just walked in. The demeanor of both employees felt uninviting. We still ordered flat whites, but the drinks were of noticeably poor quality. We ended up leaving and discarding them, which was disappointing. I want to be clear that I do not want anyone fired. I only hope those two employees receive better training and guidance. If someone truly does not want to provide good service, perhaps a different job would suit them better. Consistently positive customer interactions are important for any hospitality business. If my future returns I see a change in those two staff I will change the star ratings to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since then, I have returned on two more occasions and again received excellent service and high-quality coffee from the rest of the staff. They even offered a sample of their pour-over coffee, which was delicious. The positive experiences show that most of the team provides outstanding service and takes real pride in the coffee they serve. Overall, this is a great spot for coffee, relaxing, and having quick morning discussions with colleagues. The quality and service are strong when the right team members are behind the bar. I will happily continue to visit, although I would avoid returning when those two particular employees are working."

"This place is amazing. The Earl Grey tea is nice. The service is attentive. The man staff worked on Sunday, January 4th did an excellent job serving and adding water for me once. Appreciated. Besides, it's busy on Sunday. It's generally an atmosphere to chill, relax, get organized and work. However, the signs on every table stated "laptop free" rules are bit confusing. Most people seems have laptop on regardless."

"The Toby’s latte is amazing!! Super sweet and they use in-house milk in it. It tastes like a cinnamon/frosted flakes drink but it’s delicious. Whenever I’m in the area I try to come here. Service is always great with super friendly baristas. Seating is hard to find on weekends, but would be a great space to spend some time and enjoy your coffee. Not sure if this is a permanent spot for Toby’s, but I’ll be enjoying it as long as they’re there."
