What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Cute spot to grab a something good and healthy to eat that isn't to pricey for considering its in the city. Great spot for a solo date, or going by yourself. Pictures are a bit deceiving, smaller than what they show, but it's a good atmosphere. Good natural light and clean. Only downside is the table are close together so you can easily hear others conversation. Good music choice playing. Don't see anyone being able to sit at the bar section, seems to small but do you get a great view of the kitchen as they work. Food is good, better than expected. Would be a good regular spot to order from if it's lunch or dinner. Position sizes are decent and they have some extra sauces at the back if you ask. Recommend the lamb. Service is decent. Checked in a few times in the table but was a bit slow. Only one server when I went so that could of been the reason. They were not able to give any recommendations on what is good or provide any insight on ingredients would sucked. Overall good spot to go."
"I had a wonderful experience thanks to Pilar! I was unsure what to order, and she kindly asked me what type of food I usually like. Based on my answer, she chose the perfect dish for me — and it turned out to be absolutely delicious! Her recommendation was spot on and matched my taste perfectly. I truly enjoyed my meal and started my morning the right way. Highly appreciate her thoughtful service. Thank you, Viral Pilar, for making my morning special! ☀️"
"Food was great and we loved to try everything from each others. Drinks were very tasty too. We got a little bit rushed since they gave us a time limit to dine in… not sure it is a NY things, but definitely it makes the all experience uncomfortable. It would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for that."
"A brunch spot with several locations. Been here twice this year trying different things and both times, the food is meh. I like another brunch chain way more. The servers are nice and helped me remake something quickly. $10 pp no show fee if reservation."
"I visited two Hands in Soho with a friend on August 21st. We ordered three plates — the salmon grain bowl, the acai bowl with berries and granola, and the avocado toast topped with a poached egg. Everything looked amazing and tasted fresh, healthy, and delicious. Honestly, the food is 10/10 and beautifully prepared. But need more salt. I’m not being mean or anything you can see I always give high reviews. Unfortunately, the service really disappointed me. The male server suggested adding peanut butter and extra eggs, but never told us it would cost extra. When the bill came, I was charged an additional $10 without any notice. As someone who works in service myself, I think it’s very important to explain to customers when something comes at an extra charge. Because he asked “ do you want an egg on it” asking if that was optional free of charge- he was ( dark skin) and the women in the front keep rushing us , I don’t get why she’s rushing us and not wanting to take our orders so we can leave faster like make it make sense On top of that, the woman at the counter told us right away “no reservation” and that we only had one hour at the table, which felt rushed and unwelcoming. So overall: the food was excellent and I would recommend it for the flavors, but the service experience left me frustrated. Clear communication and a friendlier approach would make this place so much better."
"i usually force myself to drink matcha because of the benefits, but I genuinely enjoyed this one. Amyar provided great service and helped with my selection...."
