"The Rainforest Cafe will always be my favorite restaurant and I love it every time I go. The atmosphere alone is worth the visit having forest trees and plants, fake animals throughout the restaurant, sounds of the jungle, and random lightning storms that flash through the restaurant. It’s such a fun and immersive experience that you can’t get elsewhere. You would think the food wouldn’t be the best considering how much detail is put into the atmosphere, but this is not the case! The Rainforest Burger and Safari fries are so good, and it’s one of my favorite meals from any restaurant. This is the kind of meal you think about later in the week and want again. One thing that disappoints me though is the service. I remember going as a kid and having my server put in a lot of effort to try and sell the idea that we were on a safari adventure, but this location doesn’t seem to prioritize that. I completely understand not going above and beyond if you are an adult group at this establishment, but I have brought children a few times and it has been the same as when I’ve gone without children. I personally would like if they could experience the same service I had at the Rainforest Cafe when I was a kid. But, the rest of the restaurant has no complaints! Who wouldn’t want to eat a great meal inside of a themed restaurant? Overall, the Rainforest Cafe is the best having great food, an amazing atmosphere, and an experience you can’t really get anywhere else. I highly recommend visiting!"

"We had a great time, quite enjoyable! The food was decent, very well portioned. A young Anthony was our safari guide and he had great service! We walked in on a Friday night (first one) in November and had no wait at 5:30 pm. Soup of the day was probably my lowest food rating, but my entree was delicious! Burger was cooked to correct temperature and fries were good (not too salty and not soggy)."

"Very cute place and atmosphere is like a lot of other Tain Forest Cafes I have been in. This was a smaller and the rig had a musty wet smell but the server told us that they just washed the carpet. We had fun and the food was delicious. Enjoyed the Rasta Pasta."

"Unique atmosphere. Great for families. We were hungry and just wandered in. We ordered a burger with a side salad & a Cobb salad with chicken. Enjoyed our meal. Friendly service. On the pricey side, but that is to be expected."

"The staff and the food was excellent. The atmosphere is what brings you and keeps your eyes busy while you are there. the kids will LOVE all of the animated animals and the aquarium in the dining room."
