"Today I had the worst experience I can even remember at this place. I ordered a Frappuccino and a bagel with cream cheese. There was clearly a new person there and one other person working. The new person was extremely nervous so i tried to be as patient as possible but i was on a 15 break from work. It took 11 minutes for my one drink and bagel and i was the only person there. When i finally get back to my store and open my bagel there is legitimately 1/10th of a teaspoon on it. It was an actual joke. Then, I go back to complain and completely get ignored by the girl who made the bagel. Then i ask the other person and she says “talk to her”. I just left the bagel and went back to work. Who treats customers that way? I spent my whole break to get nothing. Poor customer service is a direct insight into management and clearly management at this establishment has no interest in repeat customers. Never again."

"Stopped by Gloria Jean’s while shopping with my wife at the Poughkeepsie Galleria and grabbed the Vanilla Caramel Avalanche. rich, creamy, and ridiculously tasty! The caramel drizzle hit just right, and the whole drink felt like a smooth dessert in a cup. On top of that, the customer service was super pleasant, friendly and welcoming. Perfect little treat while taking a break from shopping. Definitely coming back!"

"The place is dirty; most customers don't go here anymore. I ordered one of their holiday chillers tasted like straight up mocha frape with brown cinnamon sugar on top of the whip cream. Will not be going back here again. The cleaning supply products are right on kitchen counters, not put away from it"

"If you eat here, just know their cake pops and other treats are purchased from Walmart and resold at a much higher price. Also, don't bother tipping them since they don't tip their instacart shoppers even though we have to walk through the mall to deliver. Shame on you."

"The area around the counter was sticky and unclean, and the coffee was both tasteless and cold. The staff member looked completely unhappy and seemed like she was forced to work there, no smile, no welcome, nothing. Hygiene is the most basic requirement in the food business, and clearly it’s not a priority here. Definitely not recommending this place."
