"I simply love the staff at Crosstown (Rt.7 Schenectady!!) And Dymir is the best and a great asset to your team and it shows it!! Great staff lovely personalities just love to stop in for smiles when I need a few!! But like I said and I tell everybody, great staff and theee BEST customer service cause not many other coffee places take the time to speak to you and give you some laughter! I actually don’t think I ever had a bad experience with none of the staff. None of them never had an attitude and none of them have ever come to service me without a smile. The drive-thru service is fast, and the energy they bring to every order makes the experience even better. The drinks are delicious—whether it’s coffee, energy drinks, or something sweet, there’s always a new favorite to try! The cinnamon roll or the pumpkin cinnamon roll are definitely my go-to favorites! You can really tell they care about customer service and creating a positive vibe. Definitely my go-to spot for a pick-me-up!"
