"Ive came here many times and it’s one of my favorite places however tonight me and my daughter came in and ordered two drinks which took a half hour to get. The girl working had two groups come in after us and made their drinks and they got their food so my daughter went up and asked if our drinks were still coming. She lost the ticket and claimed it was really busy and then asked what we ordered and when. After giving our drink to us she said “next time tell us when we miss place your order. We are all human and that happens”. I’m just very disappointed in my experience tonight and questioning how I’m supposed to know you misplaced the order."
