"First off - what an absolute gem of a place! Came here on a Sunday of a holiday weekend mid afternoon and our group of 4 was able to sit right away. Really casual diner-like atmosphere with a counter and only a few tables. Patrons are encouraged to grab drinks from a cooler if you don’t want coffee or tea. Turned out to be some of the be some of the best diner food I’ve ever had. The folks who took us here said that the industry eggplant sandwich was their death row meal and just WOW. While I like eggplant, I normally wouldn’t go for it. I am SO glad I did. The pesto mayo and the crispiness of the eggplant and hash brown lives rent free in my head. The cherry peppers provide a perfect little kick. The pancakes were also top tier. It’s hard to nail a classic and this place does. BEC was also hefty and delicious.
